The East London Humanists stall once again proved a great attraction at the annual Wanstead Festival. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite the rain, there were many visitors and lots of fascinating conversations. As in previous years, a highlight has been the ‘Are you a Humanist?’ quiz, with many people discovering that they are Humanists without realising it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pictured below is Calvin Bailey, MP for Leyton and Wanstead, who dropped by and bought ‘How to Argue with a Racist.’ <\/em>Author Adam Rutherford, a genetic scientist, broadcaster and writer, is the current president of Humanists UK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
