There is no subscription required to be a supporter of East London Humanists. Our costs are met solely through donations and collections at our meetings and events.

Our group is a partner of the British Humanist Association and is affiliated to the National Secular Society and Humanists International. However, we are autonomous and have our own constitution. There is an organising committee consisting of around 8 members, including a Chair, Secretary and Treasurer. The committee meets four times a year. We aim to keep our affairs as informal and as enjoyable as possible. Anyone interested in playing a greater role in developing the group and our activities is welcome to ask us about getting involved.
